Cancellation Policy
When the Education Office finds it necessary to postpone or cancel classes, you will be
notified by telephone or e-mail. We will issue a full refund or give you credit for the
course (to be used within one (1) year). If you withdraw after the first class has met,
but before the second class,
you may transfer your credit to another course, or receive a refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Textbooks must be returned in same as new condition or you will be assessed the cost of the
book before a refund or credit will be issued. A course credit must be used within a one (1) year
period. No credit or refunds given after the second class meeting
Non-Discriminatory Policy
Any and all services including education service, programs, instruction, and facilities
will not be denied to anyone as a result of his/her race, color, religion, sex, handicap,
familial status, national origin, and sexual preference. If special accommodations are
needed for the disabled, please contact our office at least two (2) weeks prior
to the beginning of class.
Textbooks and Certificates
Textbooks are usually distributed in the classroom on the first day of class. Certificates
will be given out on the last day of class to those who successfully complete the course.
If you are taking an online course, certificates will be mailed to you within 30 days
of successful completion of the course. Duplicate
certificates can be obtained for a $10.00 fee.
